After the Sale
Our customer service doesn't end when we hand you the keys. All of our homes come with our standard warranty which includes one year basic coverage, two year major system coverage, and six year major structural defect coverage. If a question or problem should arise, you can call our office during normal business hours to speak to us or leave a message after hours. You will even receive your builder's personal cell phone number for use in case of an emergency.
